Nationally recognized for its culinary
excellence again and again, the Rio now boasts a total of 14 award-winning
dining experiences. Named as "Best Dining in Las Vegas" since 1995 by the
Zagat National Restaurant Guide, the Rio is the only Las Vegas
casino property to have received the prestigious "Five Star Diamond Award"
from the American Academy of Restaurant and Hospitality Science.
The Rio's culinary success results, in part, from our dedication to food
quality. Daily we prepare our own fresh pasta, bake our own breads in a
state-of-the-art bakery, hand cut each piece of beef, chicken and seafood
and even make our own ice cream.
